“ The Flat bread is amazing. Onion rings are top notch ,they might come off as salty but I think they are perfect. The prime rib is absolute perfection. If you order for pickup I suggest ten minutes sooner than they tell you. They honestly cook pretty fast! It’s definitely a good crew. If you can get it as it’s reaching the bag better yet. When it’s fresh it’s off the hook pleasing. ”

“ This place has some of the best barbecue that I have had in the northern states. The ribs are awesome. I've eaten here numerous times already and I know what to expect from the ribs. My wife and I ate here two nights ago and we both got ribs and hers were smoked perfectly and you could literally smell the smoke on them and they tasted amazing. Mine on the other hand you could not smell any smoke and tasted awful like no smoke flavor at all. They brought me out a different rack of ribs and wow what a difference. They were just like my wife's that smelled and tasted amazing. So I am not sure what happened with the original ribs that I had gotten. The burger is amazing on a flame charbroiler. The very first day I ate there I sampled a burnt end and it was the most amazing burnt end that I have ever tasted and the second time I ate there I actually ordered them, but I was massively disappointed. They were dry as a bone like worse than a well done steak dry and completely flavorless. I wanted to try them again, but I have been afraid to waste money after the previous attempt. The house cut fries are amazing with a garlic parmesan like seasoning that they sprinkle on it. We have been transporting oversized loads in and out of a nearby facility and the owner has been super generous letting us use part of his parking lot to make the really tight turn there. So we have all been eating there as much as possible to help bring in some more revenue for the restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant and the service is fantastic. ”
“ My boyfriend and I came for their breakfast. The food was delicious, the house sausage is some the best. Our waiter was super friendly, and great with suggestions, and his service was spot on. We will definitely be back for breakfast. We came for the Jeff Givens Band, and our food was mediocre and our waitress was not the greatest, and not very friendly. We thought we'd give another shot and so glad we did. We will be back! ”

She was incredibly friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and had great recommendations for both food and drinks. Her positive energy and professionalism added so much to our evening. As for the food absolutely amazing! The smoked meats were tender. Everything tasted fresh and cooked to perfection. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. I highly recommend Smokey Jo's for anyone craving great food and even better service. Ask for Summer if you can—you won’t be disappointed! ”
“ This place has GREAT BBQ, you can’t be disappointed here. If you end up disappointed you are actively trying to be unhappy. Servers are above and beyond friendly and excellent are their jobs. Beers are cold. Food is always amazing. Great appetizers, great entrees, I just simply can’t tell you how I love this place. There is a separate bar area. They often have live music. This place is a great night out. ”

Kind of a rustic vibe, which I can totally appreciate. Unbeknownst to me they would be having a live band, which made it even better. I felt like the prices were very reasonable, the parking was convenient...it definitely checked all of the boxes. I have already started to recommend this place to friends and co workers.
